Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Los Angeles IBC's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Los Angeles IBC provides IBC tote sales, purchasing, recycling, repair, and transportation services. All services are subject to availability and our assessment of container condition.

Product Grading

Our IBC totes are graded as follows:

• Grade A: Near-new condition, suitable for food-grade applications
• Grade B: Good working condition with normal wear
• Grade C: Functional with visible wear, for non-critical applications

Grading is based on our assessment and represents our best evaluation of container condition.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be specified in your quote or invoice.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers must ensure adequate access for our vehicles and equipment.

Container History Disclosure

When selling containers to us, you must accurately disclose the previous contents. Failure to disclose hazardous materials may result in additional charges or rejection of containers.

Limitation of Liability

Los Angeles IBC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products or services in question.

Warranty

Used IBC totes are sold "as-is" according to their assigned grade. New containers carry manufacturer warranties. Repair services include a 90-day warranty on workmanship.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
