Frequently Asked Questions
Key points about our terms, payment policies, and service conditions
How long are quotes valid?
Standard quotes remain valid for 7 days unless noted otherwise. Market-driven items or special orders may have shorter validity windows.
What payment terms do you offer?
We accept cards, ACH, wire, and checks. NET 30 terms are available to approved business accounts, and deposits may be required for large or custom orders.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders canceled before dispatch incur no fee. If a truck is en route or a special order has begun, restocking or trip charges may apply.
Do you provide warranties on products or services?
Grade A totes include a 30-day satisfaction warranty, and repair work is warranted for workmanship. Other products are sold as-is unless stated on the invoice.
Who is responsible for unloading at delivery?
Customers provide safe access and unloading equipment unless liftgate service is arranged in advance. Additional wait-time fees may apply if a site is not ready.
Can totes that held hazardous materials be returned?
Hazardous material containers require prior approval for return or recycling. Provide product details and safety information so we can advise on options.
How do you handle damage discovered after delivery?
Note visible damage on the delivery paperwork and notify us within 24 hours. We will coordinate replacements or credits as appropriate.
What happens if a scheduled pickup or delivery is missed?
Redelivery or wait-time fees may apply if access is unavailable during the scheduled window. We will reschedule to the next available time slot.
Which law governs your terms?
Our terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be handled in applicable California courts.
How will I know if these terms change?
We update this page with the effective date of any changes and may notify recent customers or subscribers when material updates occur.
